我院1974年至1990年共收治20岁以下的膀胱非上皮细胞性肿瘤4例,报告如下(见表): 讨论(1)在整个膀胱肿瘤中,非上皮细胞性肿瘤仅占2%,但在年青人膀胱肿瘤中,非上皮性肿瘤的发病率较高(特别以膀胱肉瘤为多)。我院1974年1990年以来共收治膀胱肿瘤302例,其中非上皮性肿瘤仅11例,占3.7%。本文统计年龄在20岁以下的有4例,占1.3%。其中1例神经纤维瘤、3例膀胱肉瘤。(2)膀胱肉瘤是泌尿系罕见的恶性肿瘤、占全部
