身为第三代北大荒人,我从小就对油豆角情有独钟。油豆角是大自然赐予黑土地的宠儿,作为这里的特产,它已经成为大家最喜爱的食物之一。油豆角富含多种植物营养成分,尤其蛋白质含量是白菜、辣椒等蔬菜的2—4倍。油豆角可以和排骨、土豆、南瓜等许多食材炖在一起。炖豆角时一般都要经过热加工处理,将其在油锅中热炒,待豆角变为鲜绿色后,加适量汤煨炖即可。无论你来自哪里,只要品尝一下黑土地上的油豆角,一定会回味无穷,赞不绝口。
