中科院创新文化建设第三次研讨会于8月18日在中关村外专公寓召开。中科院党组副书记郭传杰、京区党委书记王玉民、机关党委书记郭曰方及研究创新文化课题组成员10余人参加了研讨会。会议对中科院各种类型科研活动体系的创新文化建设的内容和特征进行了研究讨论。会议由郭曰方同志主持。
The third seminar on innovation culture construction of Chinese Academy of Sciences was held on August 18 in the apartment building of Zhongguancun specialty. Guo Chuanjie, deputy party secretary of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wang Yumin, party secretary of Beijing Municipality, Guo Yuefang, secretary of the party committee of the Beijing Municipal Government, and more than 10 members of the Task Force on Research and Innovation Culture participated in the seminar. The conference discussed and discussed the content and characteristics of the innovative cultural construction of various types of scientific research activities in CAS. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Guo Yuefang.
