随着新课改工作全面推进,大多数语文教师在回顾自己工作,审视自己的语文课堂教学时,陷入了尴尬的境地:平时教学中,我们教师工作踏实、勤奋、兢兢业业,但在课堂教学中,由于忽略了一些重要的细节,往往导致教学效率不高,细节决定成败,二十多年的语文教学生涯,笔者留心观察、仔细揣摩,其中,以下几方面值得我们深思。
