研究了5、9和10℃三种温度下不同气调处理新红星苹果的效果。在5℃下以3.5%O2十6%CO2处理的效果较好,贮藏182天后其硬度和果内乙烯浓度分别显著高于和低于对照(0℃,空气);在9℃下2%O2十7.5%CO2处理的效果较好,贮藏126天后其硬度和果皮叶绿素含量分别接近和高于对照,其果皮和果柄新鲜,未发现虎皮病果;在10℃下贮藏128天后以3.5%O2+9%CO2处理的硬度较高,但发现有内部褐变。在5~10℃下适当气调处理,可以替代低温抑制果实的硬度下降、乙烯生成和叶绿素降解。
The effects of different atmosphere treatments on the New Star Apple at 5, 9 and 10 ℃ were studied. The effect of 3.5% O2 + 6% CO2 at 5 ℃ was better than that of the control (0 ℃, air) at 182 ℃ for 9 days and 2 % O2 10 7.5% CO2 treatment is better, after 126 days storage hardness and chlorophyll content of peel were close to and higher than the control, the peel and stalk fresh, no tiger skin disease; stored at 10 ℃ 128 Days after treatment with 3.5% O2 + 9% CO2 higher hardness, but found to have internal browning. At 5 ~ 10 ℃ appropriate atmosphere treatment, can be used to replace low-temperature inhibition of fruit hardness decreased, ethylene production and chlorophyll degradation.
