农民是我国最大的社会群体,也是社会主义新农村的建设者和受益者,因此“三农”问题越来越受到各方面的关注,而农民增收是解决“农民”问题的首要任务。农民增收难的主要原因就在于过分依赖家庭经营收入,而解决增收难的主要途径应当是增加工资性收入。为了增加农民的收入,必须提高农民的整体素质尤其是职业技能,从而能够为各种增收渠道的畅通创造必要条件,为实现农民收入的持续增长提供直接的动力,因此是解决农民增收问题的重要手段和途径。
Farmers are the biggest social group in our country and also the builders and beneficiaries of the new socialist countryside. Therefore, the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” has drawn more and more attention from all quarters. Increasing the peasants’ income is the primary task for resolving the “peasant” issue. The main reason why peasants increase income is hard is that they rely too much on family business incomes. The main solution to increase incomes and harms should be to increase wage income. In order to increase the incomes of peasants, the overall quality of peasants, especially their professional skills, must be raised so that necessary conditions can be created for the smooth flow of various additional revenue sources and a direct impetus to the sustained growth of peasants ’income so that it is important to solve the problem of increasing peasants’ incomes Means and ways.
