应用玉米、小麦田间试验检验了土壤氮素矿化强度及数量的预报值。土壤氮素矿化势N_0用培养试验所得的一级反应动力学方程求得,对矿化常数K的温度校正,比较了笔者建立的间歇淋洗加砂模型和间歇淋洗不加砂模型的适用性,对矿化量的水分校正采用Stanford等人的研究结果。研究表明,间歇淋洗不加砂模型能很好地预报玉米生长季的土壤氮素矿化强度及数量,两种模型预报小麦生长季中的氮素矿化强度及数量均不理想,这与小麦生长季土壤温度变化大、返青拔节期吸氮肥量剧增有关。
Corn and wheat field experiments were used to test the prediction values of soil nitrogen mineralization intensity and quantity. Soil nitrogen mineralization potential N_0 was obtained by the first-order reaction kinetics equation. The temperature of mineralization constant K was corrected. The results show that intermittent leaching and non-sand model can predict soil nitrogen mineralization intensity and quantity in corn growing season well. Both models predict the intensity and quantity of nitrogen mineralization in wheat growing season are not ideal, The soil temperature in wheat growing season changed greatly, and the rate of nitrogen uptake in shoot jointing stage increased sharply.
