研究了不同球磨工艺参数(球磨转速、球磨时间、球料比)对Al-7Si-1Mg合金粉末球磨后的粒度、微观形貌的影响。结果表明,不同工艺球磨的Al-7Si-1Mg合金粉末半固态组织存在明显差异。通过正交试验优化并得到了最佳球磨工艺参数:球磨转数为100r/min,球磨时间为30min,球料比为5∶1。以此球磨工艺参数球磨的合金粉末,经冷压成形之后,在部分重熔的过程中可以得到细小、圆整且在液相中均匀分布α-Al晶粒的半固态组织。随着加热时间的延长,α-Al晶粒有粗化行为且尺寸不断增加。
The effects of ball milling parameters (milling speed, ball milling time and ball ratio) on the grain size and microstructure of Al-7Si-1Mg alloy powders were studied. The results show that there are significant differences in semi-solid microstructure of Al-7Si-1Mg alloy powders by ball milling. Optimized by orthogonal test and get the best ball milling process parameters: milling speed 100r / min, milling time 30min, ball material ratio of 5: 1. The ball mill with the ball milling process parameters of the alloy powder, after cold forming, in the partial remelting process can be fine, round and uniform distribution in the liquid phase α-Al grains of semi-solid microstructure. With the extension of heating time, the α-Al grains have roughening behavior and the size increases continuously.
