每个班级都有学习成绩不好而又不遵守校规校纪的学生,一般称之为后进生。我校由于生源的特殊性,80%的学生都属于后进生。后进生——祖国百花园中“生病”的小苗苗,更需要我们的“照料”。有些后进后也常常是家庭的主要负担,他们若纠集在一起,还会给整个社会风气带来不良的影响。所以,能不能做好后进后的工作,不只是关系到一个学生的前途,还关系到班级的荣辱、家庭的幸福和社会的风气。本文主要分析了后进生形成的一些原因,后进生存在的心理问题以及后进生比较多的班级的特点及管理方法。
Each class has a poor academic performance but not abide by the rules and regulations of school discipline students, generally referred to as backward students. Due to the uniqueness of students in our university, 80% of students belong to backward life. Afterlife - the motherland in the garden “sick” seedlings, but also need our “care ”. Some are even more likely to be the main burden on the family when they come in later. If they get together, they will also have an adverse impact on the social atmosphere. So, can not do backward work, not only relates to the future of a student, but also relates to class honor and disgrace, family happiness and social atmosphere. This article analyzes some of the causes of the formation of postgraduates, the psychology of later survival, and the characteristics and management methods of the more advanced classes.
