针对空间三维粒度场分布,提出了采用准共焦光学检测法,即利用共焦光斑对样品池内进行逐点扫描,由此获取各点的散射光信息。对采集到的大量数据,结合分段自相关法加以处理。实验结果表明,这种方法具有较高精度,较快数据处理速率,是一种有较广应用前景的三维粒度在线检测法。
In view of the spatial distribution of three-dimensional particle size field, a quasi-confocal optical detection method is proposed, which uses the confocal spot to scan the sample cell point-by-point and obtain the scattered light information of each point. The collected large amounts of data, combined with the piecewise autocorrelation method to be processed. The experimental results show that this method has higher accuracy and faster data processing rate, and is a kind of on-line 3D particle size detection method with wide application prospect.
