河南省是人口大省,但却不是教育强省,究其原因,有历史因素,也有现实问题,其中高等教育法制化进程迟缓是主要影响因素之一。因此,尽快提升河南省的高等教育水平的有效途径之一,就是根据河南省高等教育法制化进程中出现的问题,从高等教育的立法、执法和法律监督三个方面来推进河南省高等教育的法制化进程。
Henan is a province with a large population, but it is not a province of education. The reasons for this are historical factors as well as practical problems. The slowing down of the legalization of higher education is one of the major influencing factors. Therefore, as soon as possible to enhance the level of higher education in Henan Province, one of the effective ways is to Henan Province, according to the legal process of higher education problems that arise from the higher education legislation, law enforcement and legal supervision in three areas to promote higher education in Henan Province Legalization process.
