改革开放以来,我国各项事业均取得了不同程度发展,而其中尤以公路工程建设的发展速度最为显著。一方面社会经济的发展为我国公路工程建设提供不可或缺的资金支持,另一方面公路工程建设又反过来会促进经济的发展。建设中国特色的社会主义社会要求实现经济的全面发展,交通建设是经济发展过程中不可或缺的关键部分。因此,以下笔者将结合自身多年实践工作经验,针对新时期下高速公路经济管理体系进行阐述。
Since the reform and opening up, all kinds of undertakings in our country have achieved varying degrees of development. Especially, the development speed of highway construction is the most obvious. On the one hand, the development of society and economy provides indispensable financial support for the construction of highway projects in our country. On the other hand, the construction of highway projects in turn will promote the economic development. The construction of a socialist society with Chinese characteristics requires that all-round economic development be achieved. Transport construction is an indispensable part of the economic development. Therefore, the following author will combine his many years of practical work experience, for the new period under the highway economic management system elaborated.
