新乡某学院有2台4t/h和2台10t/h锅炉,是本市用煤大户之一,其中有1台正在运行的4t/h锅炉,状况欠佳,有必要介绍给同行们分析研究。 1 现象 1)锅炉正压运行,从炉门处向外冒出的火蛇,足有200～300mm之长,司炉工满面烟黑。 2)引火困难,靠人工拨火引燃,如不拨火,引火线就拖到1.5m处(应该距煤闸板0.2～0.3m处开始引燃)。 3)灰渣场堆积的炉渣,黑的多白的少,含碳量大大超标,仅此一项就要煤矿工人付出劳动和生命的
