在机械加工的过程中,机械工件的加工质量会对后期的机械正装质量和性能的发挥,产生直接的影响。因此,加大对机械工件表面质量的控制,成为机械加工的重要内容。基于此,本研究以机械加工表面质量控制为研究对象,在分析影响机械工件表面加工质量因素的基础上,提出了降低机械工件表面粗糙度的方法。通过本研究,以期为机械工件加工质量的提升,提供参考。
In the machining process, the quality of machining of mechanical parts will have a direct impact on the quality and performance of the mechanical suits at the later stage. Therefore, to increase the surface quality of mechanical parts control, become an important part of machining. Based on this, taking the machining surface quality control as the research object, this paper presents a method to reduce the surface roughness of mechanical parts based on the analysis of the factors that affect the machining quality of the mechanical parts. Through this study, with a view to enhance the quality of mechanical parts processing, provide a reference.
