本文首先分析了冷战两极格局下的区域主义与冷战后多极化趋势下的新区域主义的成因与特点,并分别列举了对两者的研究有所启发且产生于同一时期的部分相关理论。接着,分析了中国的自由贸易区战略的目标、内容、择伴标准、优先顺序以及其新区域主义的特点。文章的最后,针对“谋求建立一个以中国为‘轮轴国’、覆盖全球的FTA网络”的自由贸易区战略可能面临的问题提出笔者的参考性建议。
This article first analyzes the causes and characteristics of regionalism under the Cold War bipolar pattern and the trend of multi-polarization after the Cold War, and lists some relevant theories that inspired the research of the two and emerged from the same period. Then, it analyzes the objectives, content, selection criteria, priorities, and characteristics of its new regionalism in China’s free trade zone strategy. At the end of the article, the author proposes the author’s reference for the issues that may be faced by the “free trade zone” strategy that seeks to establish a China-based “axon country” and cover the global FTA network.
