在我国市场经济的浪潮中,企业破产、兼并、改制的几率逐年增大。企业技术档案作为企业资产的重要组成部分,其使用价值不应随着企业情况的改变而缩减。企业技术档案的转让是使档案所代表的企业技术成果的价值得以延续的最有效途径。本文在分析企业技术档案的内涵与价值的基础上,对企业技术档案价格的特质以及档案转让定价时应注意的问题进行探讨。
In the tide of the market economy in our country, the chances of bankruptcy, mergers and restructuring of enterprises have been increasing year by year. Enterprise technology files as an important part of corporate assets, its value should not be used as business conditions change and reduced. The transfer of enterprise technical files is the most effective way to extend the value of the technological achievements of the enterprises represented by the files. Based on the analysis of the connotation and value of enterprise technology files, this paper discusses the characteristics of enterprise technology file prices and the problems that should be paid attention to when transferring files.
