本文提出了含碳金属在氢气加工气氛中 ,金属含碳量的减少或增加的转换机理 ,从而解决了某调制管的排气管与玻璃封接层产生气泡的质量问题。
In this paper, the conversion mechanism of the decrease or increase of the carbon content of the metal in the hydrogen processing atmosphere is proposed, which solves the problem of bubble generation in the exhaust pipe and the glass sealing layer of a modulation pipe.
