学界长期存在对“编辑学者化”的争议,本文在肯定编辑学者化的历史必然之同时,提出:当下高校学术期刊“编辑学者化”的道路步履蹒跚,面临“与职称评审”“与学者编辑化”“与编校本位”三种冲突。这些冲突具有很大的非生态化隐患。本文建议相关部门针对高校编辑职位的特殊性,实施“编辑业务考核制度”、必修与选修结合的“专业选择制”、“校内评审与省内考核结合备案制”为一体的考核、评审制度,以保障高校学报编辑“学者化、学术化”的生态发展。
The academic circles have long been in dispute over “scholarly scholarization”. While affirming the inevitable historical editorial scholarization, this paper puts forward that the current academic journals of “editorial scholarization” are stagnating and confronted with “ ”“ And scholarly editing ”“ and editing school ”three kinds of conflicts. These conflicts have a great non-ecological risk. This paper suggests that the relevant departments should take the specialty of editorial positions in colleges and universities as an example, and implement the system of examining business appraisal, the combination of compulsory and electives, the system of combination of compulsory education and the combination of compulsory education and the examination in the province Assessment, assessment system to protect the editors of the journal of higher learning “scholarly, academic” ecological development.
