2015年6月15日,辽宁省纪委对省人大原常委、法制委员会原主任委员张家成严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查。张家成案是一起司法领域领导干部执法犯法、破纪破法的典型案件,其情节之严重,令人触目惊心,在辽宁司法系统造成恶劣的影响。2015年9月29日,经省纪委常委会审议并报省委批准,给予张家成开除党籍、开除公职处分,将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送司法机关依法处理。
