文章叙述了用新合成的试剂4-(4,5-二甲基噻唑偶氮)-1.3二氨基苯(DMTADAB)光度法测定钯的最佳条件。用光度法研究了生成配合物的质子化行为。实验结果表明,在1.2mol/L过氯酸介质中Pd和DMTADAB生成稳定的1:1的蓝绿色络合物,最大吸收波长605nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为5.3×10~4,在0—35μg/25mL Pd的浓度范围内服从比尔定律,已成功地应用于样品中Pd的测定。
The article describes the optimum conditions for the determination of palladium with the newly synthesized reagent 4- (4,5-dimethylthiazolylazo) -1.3 diaminobenzene (DMTADAB). The protonation behavior of the resulting complex was studied spectrophotometrically. The experimental results show that Pd and DMTADAB can form stable 1: 1 blue-green complex in the medium of 1.2mol / L perchloric acid, the maximum absorption wavelength is 605nm, the molar absorptivity is 5.3 × 10 ~ 4, Beer’s law is obeyed within the concentration range of 25mL Pd, which has been successfully applied to the determination of Pd in the sample.
