目的:研究淋巴因子激活的杀伤(LAK) 细胞对白血病多药耐药细胞的杀伤效应。方法:采用改良的四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法检测LAK细胞对白血病多药耐药细胞株K562/VCR的杀伤率,并与敏感株K562 相比较。结果:LAK 细胞对K562/VCR 细胞的杀伤率明显高于对K562 细胞的杀伤率,并且当效靶比为40∶1 时,这种杀伤率最高。结论:LAK细胞在体外对白血病多药耐药细胞株具有显著的杀伤作用,提示临床上用LAK细胞治疗多药耐药的白血病是可行的
Objective: To investigate the killing effect of lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells on leukemia multidrug resistant cells. METHODS: The MTT colorimetric assay was used to detect the killing rate of LAK cells against the leukemia multidrug resistant cell line K562/VCR, and compared with the sensitive strain K562. Results: The killing rate of LAK cells against K562/VCR cells was significantly higher than that against K562 cells, and the killing rate was highest when the effect ratio was 40:1. Conclusion: LAK cells have a significant killing effect on leukemia multidrug resistant cell lines in vitro, suggesting that clinical application of LAK cells for the treatment of multidrug resistant leukemia is feasible
