目的:探讨体部肿瘤三维适形放疗的定位和摆位技术。方法:对35例体部肿瘤患者采用CT模拟定位扫描,将扫描图像输送到计划系统,设计三维适形治疗计划,用(6~10)MV直线加速器实施放射治疗。结果:近期疗效:CR 9例,PR 15例,NC 8例,有效率为91.42%。结论:3D-CRT可提高肿瘤靶区照射剂量,减少正常组织损伤,提高肿瘤局部控制率、生存率,减轻患者放疗反应。
Objective: To investigate the location and positioning techniques of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for body tumors. Methods: Thirty-five patients with solid tumors were scanned by CT and the scanned images were sent to the planning system. The three-dimensional conformal treatment plan was designed and the radiotherapy was performed with a 6-10 MV linear accelerator. Results: The short-term effect: CR 9 cases, PR 15 cases, NC 8 cases, the effective rate was 91.42%. Conclusion: 3D-CRT can increase the dose of tumor target irradiation, reduce the damage of normal tissue, improve the local control rate and survival rate of tumor and reduce the radiotherapy response.
