液压挖掘机的挖掘任务是由挖斗、动臂、斗杆及其相关部件配合完成的。通过使用Pro/E软件对这些部件进行三维建模,分析其挖掘作业过程中的运动情况,确定各零部件的运动关系和先后顺序,然后运用Pro/E软件中的伺服电机提供动力,对其进行运动仿真,得到相关运动特性曲线。结果表明,该方法简单、可靠,为挖掘机的设计和性能评价提供了理论依据。
Hydraulic excavator excavation task is to dig bucket, boom, arm and related components with the completion. Through the use of Pro / E software for 3D modeling of these components, analyze the movement of the excavation process, to determine the movement of the components and the order, and then use Pro / E software to provide power to the servo motor, its Motion simulation, get the relevant kinematic curve. The results show that the method is simple and reliable, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and performance evaluation of excavator.
