1 引言根据《东风_4型内燃机车段修规程》的规定,机车在走行17~21万 km 后要进行架修,而架修时不可避免地要对柴油机进行全面解体、配件清洗、配件修复和总组装,使其恢复基本技术状态,确保性能的发挥和安全运用。由于柴油机零部件的清洁度直接影响总装质量,因此在总装前要对所有待装的零部件(包括油、水、空气管路)进行清洗。又因为柴油机经过长期的运用后,零部件的表面积聚了大量的油水污垢、积炭和其他脏物。
