SARS对我国快速增长的GDP的影响是目前学界最关心的问题之一,但中国社会科学院财贸所荆林波近日在《中国经济时报》撰文认为,在分析SARS病毒对我国的国民经济的影响时,仅看GDP的增速毫无意义。作者认为,SARS对服务业的损害程度,不能以第一季度的数据来说明问题,因为,SARS对服务产业影响有一个滞后效应。分析SARS对服务产业影响应当根据疫情的严重程度,分地区对应分析才更为合理。
The impact of SARS on China’s rapidly growing GDP is one of the most concerned issues in the academic field at present.
