结合工作实践,对藏书利用率与图书流通率的雷同之处、时间限量和概念含混问题提出了质疑,并阐述了作者的看法和具体的改进意见。
Combining with the practice of work, this article put forward the questions about the similarities and differences between the utilization ratio of book collections and the book circulation rate, as well as the authors’ opinions and specific suggestions for improvement.
