中国共产党是我国各项事业的领导核心,党政军民学,东西南北中,党是领导一切的。按照马克思主义建党原则,我们党形成了由党的中央组织、地方组织和基层组织构成的组织体系。省市县三级地方党委作为本地区的领导核心,承担着贯彻落实中央大政方针、推动本地区经济社会发展的重大责任,具有承上启下的关键纽带作用。实践证明,地方党委领导核心作用是否充分发挥、工作是否得力,直接关系党的执政能力建设、关系党和人民的事业成败。
The Chinese Communist Party is the leading core of all undertakings in our country, and the party, government, military and civilian sciences. In the east, west, south and north, the party is leading everything. According to the principle of establishing Marxism, our party has formed an organizational system consisting of the party’s central organizations, local organizations and grassroots organizations. Local Party committees at the three prefectures, cities, prefectures and counties, as the core of the region’s leadership, bear the key responsibility of implementing the policy of the Central Government and promoting the economic and social development in the region and have the crucial role of connecting and connecting with each other. Practice has proved that whether the core role played by the local Party committees in giving full play to their work and whether the work is effective are directly related to the building of the party’s ability to govern and have a bearing on the success or failure of the cause of the party and the people.
