力竭游泳训练对发育期雄性大鼠骨骼肌运动终板形态学影响的研究

使用乙酰胆碱酯酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶联合酶组化染色,利用光镜对力竭游泳训练后发育期大鼠腓肠肌外侧各型肌纤维运动终板面积(纵切面)进行观察,与对照组对比其变化。结果表明,经过不同周次的力竭游泳训练后,各型肌纤维上运动终板的面积与各自对照组都有所增加,并且各周运动组同型骨骼肌肌纤维的运动终板面积均有显著性差异。
