目的 :探讨青光眼患者小梁切除术术后影响视力的因素。方法 :回顾分析 5 9例 74只眼青光眼患者实施小梁切除术对视力的直接影响诸因素。并对视力较术前降低者展开讨论。结果 :术后视力改变程度 :5 9只眼 (79 76 % )不变和提高 ;15只眼 (2 0 2 4% )降低。视力下降者年龄≤ 6 0岁者占 2 6 7% ,>6 0岁者占 73 3%。引起视力下降是综合因素 ,诸如 :瞳孔散大 ,晶状体混浊加重 ,晶状体前囊色素附丽 ,前房出血等。结论 :各类青光眼中慢性闭角型及老年伴有全身性疾病者手术后更具有发生视力下降的可能性 ,视力下降原因大多系多因素综合
Objective: To investigate the factors affecting visual acuity after trabeculectomy in patients with glaucoma. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 49 patients with 74 eyes of glaucoma patients with trabeculectomy on the visual acuity of the direct impact of various factors. And visual acuity lower than preoperative discussion. RESULTS: The degree of postoperative visual acuity was unchanged in 59 eyes (79 76%) and increased in 15 eyes (20 224%). Those with decreased visual acuity were 26.7% younger than 60 years and 73.3% were> 60 years old. Cause visual acuity is a combination of factors, such as: mydriasis, lens opacity aggravated, lens anterior capsule pigment attachment, anterior chamber bleeding. Conclusion: All kinds of glaucoma in chronic angle-closure and elderly patients with systemic diseases are more likely to have visual acuity after surgery, most of the reasons for decreased visual acuity were multifactorial synthesis
