分析高速混合机浆叶常规表面处理方法的缺点,介绍浆叶激光淬火的试验研究,结果表明,激光淬火后浆叶寿命提高了4～6倍,取得了良好的经济效益。
The disadvantages of conventional surface treatment methods for high speed mixer blades were analyzed. The experimental research on laser hardening of blades was introduced. The results showed that the life of blades increased 4 ~ 6 times after laser quenching, and achieved good economic benefits.
