一、创新缘起缤纷节日是学生所期盼的,但是由于惯性思维,我们老师总会将活动、节目进行包办。如果我们在德育工作中能够放手让学生自己一手来策划活动,让学生组队在实践中去体验、感悟活动的乐趣和成就感,那么通过几轮的活动策划后,学生小组之间有了竞争机制,不但能够提高学生的积极性,还能提高学生的合作水平。近两年来,我们班级先后开展了六一游园活动、“变废为宝、圣诞”系列活动、“我为学校添新绿”活动等,以下仅以2014年12月组织的元
