建筑工程的施工管理工作是一项专业性以及系统性都相对较强的工作,关系到建筑工程施工建设的顺利开展。因此,在建筑工程实际施工管理工作中,相关管理人员应针对管理中存在的常见问题,通过加强建筑工程的人员管理、强化建筑工程的质量管理以及建立健全建筑工程的管理制度等措施,提升建筑工程的管理水平,从根本上推动建筑工程的健康发展。鉴于此,本文主要分析建筑工程管理的现状及控制措施。
