十几年来,打太极拳已成为我每日“雷打不动”的锻炼。一遍下来,顿觉周身微热,气血通畅,四肢轻灵,精力倍增。 我刚过“而立”之年,当时,我已患风湿性关节症多年,不时发作,虽经多方求医问药,也不见好转。一个偶然的机会,我向朋友学了一套杨式大架太极拳。自那时起,每天清晨至少要打一遍,无论天气变化和节假日,从不间断。几个月过后,只觉得手脚灵便多了,症状大有好转。后来,不仅沉疴痊愈,而且身体健壮,与太极拳结下了不解之缘。
