早在30年前,我已发表“要不要熟记加法口诀?”一文,提出让学生背加法口诀的观点。当时曾引起小学数学教育界的关注和争论。可惜国人习惯于唯上唯书,由于课本不改,没有加法口诀,结果是涛声依旧。30年来,小学数学教材虽几经变革,但始终没有引进加法口诀,课本中只有乘法口诀,没有加法口诀。近年来正在讨论中国数学教育的优良传统是什么的问题,时机来了,重提这个问题可能会有一线希望。我写此文再表达我的观点,以引起大家的思考与讨论。一、提出熟记加法口诀的起因
