我公司1300纵剪机组是为高频焊管生产准备原料的关键设备,1980年从日本园田株式会社引进.该套生产线在设计上大量地采用了液压及气动技术,既操作方便又大大减轻了劳动强度,生产能力为5万吨/年左右.经十几年的连续运转,该机组已有了不同程度的损伤和老化.1994年3月初,其中开卷机左侧机座的8根M20地脚螺栓全部切断,整个机身歪向一边,液压管路及气路受损,被迫停产.为了保持对焊管生产的连续供料,我们及时组织了紧急抢修,使该生产线停产48小时后又恢复了生产.现经过近两个月的生产考验,运行良好.事故发生后,我们首先组织人员彻底清理工作现场,吊出损坏的机身与机座,对设备基础进行清洁、打毛处理.在各被切断的地脚螺栓周围打出边长及深度均为200毫米左右的方坑,以便续接断掉的螺栓.与此
