“台办,在许多人眼里是一个小部门,小部门却能办大事情,他们因有了作为,才有了地位。”这是一位领导给予山东省滨州市台办中肯的评价。的确,滨州市台办既不是经济主管部门,又不是行政职能部门,但在它的努力下,滨州市对台招商引资工作从来没有像今天这样“火爆”。在滨投资台商已达80家,总投资额近1.22亿美元,全市台资企业年销售额近3亿元人民币,出口创汇2000万美元,创利税400万元人民币,目前又有21个台资项目欲进驻该市。 滨州缘何有如此的魅力?这得益于滨州市台办对于投资环境的理解和把握。

Indeed, Binzhou City’s Taiwan Affairs Office is neither an economic department nor an administrative department. However, Binzhou’s efforts to attract foreign investment to Taiwan have never been as “hot” as it is today. There are 80 Taiwanese investors in the foreshore, with a total investment of nearly 122 million U.S. dollars. The city’s Taiwanese-owned enterprises have annual sales of nearly 300 million yuan, foreign exchange earning 20 million U.S. dollars and profits and taxes of 4 million yuan. At present there are 21 Taiwan Projects want to stationed in the city. Why Binzhou so attractive? This is thanks to Binzhou City, Taiwan’s investment environment for the understanding and grasp.
