山东省物资再生利用系统羊年开新篇,首创设立《金羊》奖,激励行业发展。《金羊》奖杯以山羊为模型,著名雕塑家精心制作,黄铜浇铸而成,形象逼真,光彩夺目。首届“金羊奖”评委会主任刘连城经理说:“为了持久地弘扬亚运精神,推动物资再生利用行业发展,在国民经济中作出更大的贡献,由山东省公司发起,经各市、地公司经理研究一致通过,从1991年起,在全省物资再生系统开展‘金羊奖’流动竞赛评比活动。金羊象
