1 临床资料 例1,男,32岁,因患过敏性鼻炎于1997年7月24日臀部注射曲安缩松40mg,鼻腔过敏症状改善,无注射部位不适。2个月后洗澡时被他人发现臀部有一凹陷。门诊查臀部可见一直径约4cm的圆形凹陷,皮肤色素减退呈花斑样。无皮肤脱屑、搔痒等病变与不适。 例2,男,34岁,因过敏性鼻炎于1997年8月19日臀部注射曲安缩松40mg,约3个月后无意中触摸到臀部的肌肉萎缩。到医院检查臀部,见一直径约3.5cm
1 clinical data example 1, male, 32 years old, suffering from allergic rhinitis on July 24, 1997 triamcinolone aceton in the buttocks injection, nasal allergy symptoms improved, no injection site discomfort. 2 months after bathing someone was found to have a hollow buttocks. Out-patient check the buttocks can be seen a diameter of about 4cm circular depression, pigmented skin hypopigmented samples. No skin scaling, itching and other diseases and discomfort. Example 2, male, 34 years old, due to allergic rhinitis in the buttocks on August 19, 1997 triamcinolone 40mg, about 3 months after inadvertently touch the hip muscle atrophy. To the hospital check the buttocks, see a diameter of about 3.5cm
