以烯丙基脲(NAU)为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,固定Pd(Ⅱ),NAU和EGDMA的加入摩尔比为1∶4∶40,采用原位聚合法在玻碳电极(GCE)表面制得了一种Pd(Ⅱ)印迹电化学传感器(Pd(Ⅱ)-ⅡM/GCE),并基于安培计时法,建立了测定Pd(Ⅱ)的电化学分析方法。该传感器对Pd(Ⅱ)的检测浓度范围为0.25~184.0μmol/L,检出限为84.3 nmol/L。用于汽车尾气失效催化剂和植物样品中痕量Pd的测定,相对标准偏差在4.1%以内,加标回收率在101.4%~105.8%之间。
