我国股市经过二十多年的发展取得了巨大成就。但是不可否认,投资者合法权益受到损害的现象仍时有发生。这种现象的存在除了与我国资本市场新兴加转轨的阶段性特征有关外,作为股权文化重要内容的善待投资者股权文化尚未形成也是重要的原因。在善待投资者股权文化建设中,政府监管部门、交易所、上市公司、投资者、中介机构、地方政府、媒体和司法部门应群策群力,各司其职,各尽其责。政府监管部门应做好指导者和监管者资本市场的制度建设应以投资者保护为导向。
After more than 20 years of development, our country’s stock market has made great achievements. However, it is undeniable that the phenomenon of damaging the legitimate rights and interests of investors still occurs from time to time. Except for the existence of this phenomenon, which is related to the stage characteristics of emerging and increasing orbit in our country’s capital market, it is also an important reason why the equity culture of investors as an important part of the equity culture has not yet been formed. In treating the equity culture of investors, government regulators, exchange companies, listed companies, investors, intermediaries, local governments, the media and the judiciary should pool their efforts to fulfill their respective duties. Government regulatory authorities should do a good job guiding and regulatory capital market construction should be investor-oriented.
