甲状腺细针穿刺(Fine-needle Aspira-tion 简称ENA)细胞学检查(Biopsy Cyt-ology 简称BC)应用于临床诊断甲状腺疾病已30余年,国内报告甚少,FNABC 能提供直接细胞病理学资料,有助于甲状腺疾疾的诊断,此项技术操作简便,安全,组织挫伤小,易被患者接受,颇有应用和推广价值。本文总结1年5个月我院开展FNABC 技术的初步结果,并对其临床诊断评价报告如下材料与方法一、病例选择选自1984年1月至1985年5月门诊和住院甲状腺疾病患者301例,作419次甲状腺FNA,对这些病例收集了包括病史、症状、体征及实验室检查如甲功、T_3、T_4、自身抗体等资料。
