行政领导者应对突发危机事件能力是妥善解决危机事件的重要保证。随着社会政治经济的发展和环境复杂加速和不确定性加强,危机事件不断增多,培养和提高行政领导者应对危机事件能力成为应对现实的必然选择。通过学习以夯实应对突发危机事件的理论知识;通过实践以丰富应对突发危机事件的实际经验;通过磨练以优化应对突发危机事件的心理素质。
The ability of executive leaders to respond to sudden crisis events is an important guarantee for a proper solution to the crisis. With the socio-political and economic development and the accelerating complexity of the environment and the uncertainty, the number of crisis events is on the increase. It is therefore an inevitable choice to cultivate and enhance the ability of executive leaders to deal with crisis events. Through studying to consolidate the theoretical knowledge of coping with unexpected crises; enriching the practical experience of coping with unexpected crises through practice; and refining the psychological qualities of coping with unexpected crises through honesty.
