锌是人体酶类的重要组成部分。红细胞内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是体内氧自由基的主要清除酶之一。为了研究两者的关系,我们选择了慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)进行了系统观察,现报告如下。 1.资料和方法 1.1 临床资料 1.1.1 COPD组:根据1963年美国胸腔学会关于慢性支气管炎、肺气肿的诊断标准,本组35例均为慢支急性发作期。其中单纯慢支11例,慢支合并肺气肿24例;男性22例,女性13例;年龄范围42—79岁,平均年龄61岁。 1.1.2 对照组:由于SOD随年龄增高而降低,对照组根据COPD组的性别、年龄配
Zinc is an important part of the human body enzymes. Erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) is one of the major scavenging enzymes for oxygen free radicals in the body. In order to study the relationship between the two, we have chosen the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were systematically observed, are reported as follows. 1. Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 1.1.1 COPD group: According to the 1963 American Thoracic Society on chronic bronchitis, emphysema diagnostic criteria, the group of 35 patients were acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.
