党的十五大报告指出,要对经济结构进行战略性调整。这次结构调整是在面临世界科学技术加快发展和国际产业结构加速重组趋势的新形势下提出的,它关系到提高我国经济的国际竞争力和保持国民经济持续、快速、健康发展的大问题,关系到国企改革成败,也关系到金融业自身的生存与发展。因此,经济结构的调整显得极其紧迫和重要。作为现代经济的核心——金融业,特别是国有银行在支持经济结构调整中充当什么角色,如何发挥其独特作用值得研究和探讨。本文对此谈些浅见,以求教于各位专家同仁。
The report of the 15th CPC National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to make strategic adjustments to the economic structure. This structural adjustment is put forward under the new situation of accelerating the development of world science and technology and accelerating the reorganization of the international industrial structure. It relates to the major issue of enhancing the international competitiveness of our economy and maintaining the sustained, rapid and healthy development of our national economy. Related to the success or failure of the reform of state-owned enterprises, but also related to the financial industry’s own survival and development. Therefore, the adjustment of economic structure appears extremely urgent and important. As the core of the modern economy - how the financial industry, especially the state-owned banks, play their role in supporting economic restructuring and how to play their unique role deserve to be studied and discussed. This article talked about some humble opinion, in order to learn from colleagues in your colleagues.
