据调查,中职生就业期望偏高,毕业生对口就业率不高,毕业生就业去向以广东珠三角地区和自治区内中小型私营企业为主。针对以上情况,结合我校实际,学生就业指导工作重点一方面要引导学生树立合理的就业理念,降低就业期望,树立先就业后择业的观念,鼓励更多的毕业生自主创业;另一方面要积极探索和创新就业指导方式方法,搭建好就业服务平台,切实做好中职生就业指导工作。
According to the survey, employment expectations of secondary vocational students are high, the counterparty employment rate is not high, graduates to the employment of Guangdong Pearl River Delta region and autonomous regions mainly small and medium-sized private enterprises. In view of the above, combined with the actual situation of our school, the focus of student employment guidance should guide students to establish a reasonable employment concept, reduce employment expectations, establish the concept of employment after employment first, and encourage more graduates to start their own businesses.
