目的:观察大黄酸对肥胖糖尿病大鼠肾组织氧化应激反应的影响。方法:高脂膳食加链脲佐菌素诱导的肥胖糖尿病大鼠给予大黄酸治疗8周后,检测大黄酸对大鼠血糖、24 h尿蛋白排泄量及肾皮质超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量等的影响。结果:与正常对照组相比,糖尿病大鼠肾皮质MDA含量增加,SOD活性明显降低,同时伴尿蛋白排泄量升高;大黄酸治疗可使肾组织MDA含量降低,SOD活性显著增加,血糖和体重也有明显下降。结论:糖尿病大鼠肾组织存在明显的氧化应激反应,大黄酸具有的抗氧化活性可能是其防治糖尿病肾病的机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of rhein on oxidative stress in kidney of obese diabetic rats. Methods: After being treated with rhein for 8 weeks, the blood glucose, 24 h urinary protein excretion and renal cortical superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in rats with high fat diet and streptozotocin-induced obese diabetic rats. Activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content and other effects. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the content of MDA in the renal cortex of diabetic rats increased and the activity of SOD decreased significantly with the increase of urinary protein excretion. Rhein treatment decreased the content of MDA and the activity of SOD, Weight also decreased significantly. Conclusion: There is a significant oxidative stress in the kidney of diabetic rats. Antioxidant activity of rhein may be one of the mechanisms of prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
