高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)为治疗肿瘤的微创技术,具有指向性好、聚焦性高、组织穿透性强、可体外聚焦等优点,主要应用于多种实体肿瘤的治疗。HIFU因其具有高温固化肿瘤组织、微血管破坏、治疗精度高等优势,在胰腺癌治疗上具有一定的优势。胰腺癌经HIFU治疗后全身情况改善,尤其是在胰性癌痛的治疗上有突出作用。
High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a minimally invasive technique for the treatment of tumors. It has the advantages of good directivity, high focusing, strong tissue penetration and focusing in vitro. It is mainly used in the treatment of many solid tumors. HIFU has certain advantages in the treatment of pancreatic cancer because of its advantages of high temperature solidified tumor tissue, microvascular destruction, and high treatment accuracy. Pancreatic cancer after HIFU treatment of systemic conditions improve, especially in the treatment of pancreatic cancer have a prominent role.
