一 战略立足点 在振兴江西工业的抉择问题上,有的意见认为,振兴江西的工业,应当象经济发达的地区那样,扬长避短,必须走市场——生产——原料的路子。 我们认为应从江西的实际情况出发,确定自己的战略立足点。不宜跟经济发达地区去提以上口号。江西的工业水平低于邻近的安徽、湖北、湖南、福建、浙江,更低于上海。在全国也属于工业落后地区。因而要振兴江西工业当前最主要的问题,不是扬长,
A Strategic Foothold On the issue of rejuvenating Jiangxi’s industrial choices, some people think that to rejuvenate Jiangxi’s industries should, as in economically developed areas, avoid weaknesses and take the path of market-production-raw materials. We think we should proceed from the actual situation in Jiangxi and determine our own strategic foothold. It is inappropriate to mention the above slogans with economically developed areas.
