目的:血栓通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效及安全性。方法:发病6～24小时脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组对58例用血栓通(冻干)150mg加生理盐水250ml,依达拉奉30mg加生理盐水250ml每天2次,静脉缓慢静滴连用14天。对照组58例应用血栓通150mg加生理盐水250ml,每天2次,静脉缓慢静滴边用14天。结果:治疗组的治愈率,有效率与对照组比较明显改善,且优于对照组。故具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死有协同作用,可增强疗效,疗效可靠、安全。
Objective: Xueshuantong combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction efficacy and safety. Methods: The patients with cerebral infarction of 6 ~ 24 hours after onset were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, 58 cases were treated with Xueshuantong (lyophilized) 150mg plus normal saline 250ml, edaravone 30mg plus normal saline 250ml twice daily, Slow intravenous infusion of 14 days. Control group, 58 cases of thrombus through 150mg plus saline 250ml, 2 times a day, intravenous infusion of 14 days. Results: The cure rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group, and better than the control group. It is different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xueshuantong combined with edaravone has a synergistic effect on acute cerebral infarction, which can enhance the curative effect and has reliable curative effect and safety.
