近年来,随着社会的发展,科技的进步,信息技术也得到迅速的发展。尤其是21世纪以来,信息技术的发展速度令人咋舌,21世纪俨然成为一个信息化的时代。信息技术给人们的工作、学习和生活带来了巨大变化,整个社会形态由于信息技术的应用正逐渐发生着变化。可以说,信息技术的广泛应用带动了很多行业的革新。信息技术应用在图书馆的工作当中,同样也带动了一系列的工作创新和变革。本文中,笔者分别从管理和制度的创新,业务流程重组和组织结构的创新,管理手段的创新,服务方式的创新四个方面论述了信息管理在图书馆创新工作中的作用和影响。
In recent years, with the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, information technology has also been rapidly developed. Especially since the 21st century, the development of information technology has been staggering. The 21st century has become an informationized era. Information technology has brought about tremendous changes in people’s work, study and life. The entire social form is gradually changing due to the application of information technology. It can be said that the widespread use of information technology has led to the innovation of many industries. Information technology applications in the work of the library, also led to a series of job innovation and change. In this article, I discuss the role and influence of information management in library innovation from four aspects: management and system innovation, business process reorganization and organizational structure innovation, management innovation and service mode innovation.
